Registration
Formal registration has not yet begun, however if you are interested, you can request a space by e-mailing shrimpschool@gmail.com. This is a non-commital request and all participants must register.
Location
The Shrimp School is typically held at the Aquatic Food Products Lab in the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. A campus map is provided here. The final location has yet to be determined.

Meals
Travel Information
Delta and US AIR are the major airlines servicing Gainesville. Optional service and rates are available through Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa, particularly for international travelers. All airports are located within two hours driving distance from Gainesville. All major rental car companies have locations in both airports, as well as in Gainesville.
Passengers arriving to Gainesville may rent a car or take a taxi to the hotel(s). Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Hilton hotel must be requested when making hotel reservations.
If you would prefer to fly into Orlando or Jacksonville, you can arrange to be picked up by Runways Transportation and they will bring you directly to Rawlings Hall here at the University of Florida, which is across the street from Shrimp School. On board, you can access the internet with Runway's free wireless hotspot. They provide a safe, comfortable, reliable, and accessible intercity passenger transportation service.
